1.

Art & Play Therapy

Art and play therapy can help people to address their emotional needs. Art and play in a therapeutic setting encourages the people to learn more about their nervous system, thinking/ behaviour patterns and gain the ability to self-regulate and self-advocate.

2.

Parent Coaching

Parent coaching can help you to gain insight into your approaches and reactions to your child.

Learn to shift your lens and gain skills to support your child where they're at.

3.

Consulting & Supervision

Support for other counsellors/ therapists looking for insight, guidance, and supervision around using art and play therapy to best assist those with complex disabilities.  Offering clinical supervision for those seeking to become an RCAT, CCC, or RCC.

Our Approach
Colour Wheel specializes  in art and play therapy for neurodivergent toddlers, kids, and teens including AuHD, ASD, ADHD, ODD, OCD, PDA, SPD, and anxiety.
We use a client-centred, strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming approach to address therapeutic goals such as increased insight, emotional expression/ regulation,  executive functioning and self-advocacy
We also support families and help parents learn to better understand their children and to develop a strong relationship based on attunement, attachment, and co-regulation.
We aim to create a person-centered and sensory friendly community hub where people can come as they are.
